@SinEmerald More specifically, deathbombing is the act of bombing AFTER you get hit. Touhou is rather lenient in this regard; you can afford to take additional risks with dodging before deciding that you’re screwed. This is unlike other games, where you have? to be absolutely sure about your dodging.

@MrPloobo Death-bombing is simply being able to guess when you are screwed. You don’t generally bomb at death (though it’s not too hard to get it with just reflexes), but just when you? know you’re sure to get hit.

@olAlolilo Picture bullets being so close that you need to be almost perfect in your aim/timing to? pass through safely, like in Byakuren’s first spell.
Clipdeath is where you can swear you went through properly, but you still *pichuun*. Or at least this is the definition i’ve always thought of when I think of the term.
